DESCRIPTION

INFO TEST

WeatherPro®-PLUS cladding is a highly compressed high density fibre cement reinforced calcium silicate board (alias named as compressed fibre cement board). The cladding board offers either through coloured or pre-coated colour finish. The compressed fibre cement has very high level of durable performance in the presence of wet and severe weather of all kinds. It does not contain any harmful substances or inorganic fibres, free from formaldehyde and toxic emissions. WeatherPro®-PLUS is an eco-friendly and pollution-free building product endorsed by third party accreditation bodies.

The robust WeatherPro®-PLUS possess impressive strength and weather resistance. It has been designed especially for high performance facade applications where severe climate exposure and requires resistance to heavy impact. Frosts and thaws, intensive heat, drenching, none of these threatens to the cladding board. Having CE marked and strong technical specification of the board in compliance with durability and aging tests of EN 12467: Category A sheet which is for applications where may be subjected to heat, moisture and severe frost weathering conditions. Similarly, it conforms the standard of Australia AS/NZS 2908.2 and America ASTM C 1185 for external fibre cement cladding products. WeatherPro®-PLUS is non-combustible in terms of BS 476: Par t 4,  Reaction to Fire – Euro Class A1 of EN 13501-1 as well as BCA fire classification in Australia.

WeatherPro®-PLUS cladding board has stylish finishes and colours in form of ZenPlus, SagePlus and CityPlus. The visible natural subtle fibre cement matrix texture, selective finishes or a wide range of vibrant colours of WeatherPro®-PLUS let architects make greater creative design whichever of modern icon on high-rise commercial towers, sophisticated public developments and magnificent villas. The cladding board is easy to cut and construct any shape or edge detail. It requires low or even free maintenance. Buildings installed with WeatherPro®-PLUS façade has good weathertight, fire resistance, more thermal protection, and enhanced acoustic performance which improve comfort of space and energy efficiency.

The cladding board is made from cellulose fibre reinforcement, silica sand, cement and pigment. It is formed by multiple
thin layers then compressed under tremendous pressure pressing. By specialised autoclaving curing process whereby
the ingredients are transformed to crystalline structure under the effects of super-heated steam and high pressure. Thus
enhances impressive high strength and durability of the board that is capable of heavy duty usage. The synthetic cement binder
provides exceptional dimensional stability and an unrivalled resistance to movement owning to combined effects of all
seasons weather. The mineral fibre cement matric retains its shape at all time and will not degrade. The life of the product
is limited only by the durability of the supporting structure and materials used in fastening. The installed cladding has a life
expectancy of at least 50 years.

WeatherPro®-PLUS is manufactured to Quality Management System Certification ISO 9001, Environmental Management System Certification ISO 14.
